The flavors of home are something we all long for. For Vern Duncan, those flavors are almost 3,000 miles away. But that hasn't slowed him down yet. Together with his family, he's bringing authentic Jamaican cuisine to the West Michigan area.
His food truck serves the community by offering recipes from freshly sourced ingredients, perfected by seasoned blends, and techniques he carries in his heart. From being in the kitchen with his mom as a young boy to working on the truck beside his own children, Vern has found that flavorful cooking is his portion — and he's happy to serve it to the world.
